I found out a couple days ago that a good family friend passed away. I want to send out my sympathies to Dorathy Johnson and family. Bill Johnson passed away this last weekend after some heart difficulties. Thanks to Rand Stolee he survived the initial attack, however his heart was damaged beyond fixable. Bill and Dorathy were one stable thing in my chaotic life during my mother's cancer battle. For that, I thank them. Bill was of course a wonderful guy and will be missed greatly.

tina, mr. johnson...which is the only way i can refer to him....was my 10th grade biology teacher and also taught me zoology when i was a senior at PHS...he was a great teacher and there are still "biology" things that i remember becasue of him....i was so sorry to hear of his passing...hope luke is having a good day. carol rengel

ditto on what carol said about "buddy" johnson. he is the guy who inspired me to go into biology. he had a knack for teaching you when you didn't know you were actually learning something...(if that's at all possible). i had a chance about three years ago to stop by his house and tell him how much i appreciated him and how he inspired me to go into teaching science. i am glad i did. he was a great teacher....and it sounds like a great friend to your family.
