Luke Schmitz Survived Iraq

Short post here, heading to bed with a headache. Luke had a rough night and rough day today. He was taken off morphine..which is good, but involves having to deal with the pain more than usual. He is also going through some withdrawal symptoms from having it whenever he needed it. I was the first to see it today with crying for a reason he couldn't figure out then an intense chill that had him shaking for quite a while. When the nurse came in we talked and figured it was withdrawals and gave him a muscle relaxent (sp) to last a while. I left his room tonight around 7, then called him at 9:45ish to say goodnight.
And on a sad note...I want to say goodbye to my dear friend...my phone, yes a misfortunate accident with a fruit cup and my purse sent my phone to a sticky, peach smelled coma. I may try to resuscitate with a hair dryer.
I'm off! Watchin a good TNT movie.
